Hispanic Heritage Month in Omaha is proudly celebrated during Fiestas Patrias on Historic 24th Street.
This year the celebration runs from September 11 - 13, and best of all, it is completely FREE for you and your whole family.

Come enjoy a weekend full of live music, dance, art exhibitions, cultural vendors, authentic local food, carnival rides, dance performances, Mariachi Mass, a parade, and much more.
And don't forget the most special part of our celebration – El Grito de Independencia on Sunday night, a tradition that brings the whole community together.
In 2026, we celebrate 106 years of family festivals in Omaha. 106 years of culture, tradition, and community. Our people have triumphed, persevered, and remain strong.
See you there, family!
